Pioneer Productions: How the Universe Works

How the Universe Works is a multi-season documentary series explaining the science, wonders and theories behind the cosmos. VFX and CGI is used throughout the show to visualise complex theories and explain the science behind neutron stars, to gamma rays.

Having worked on 4 seasons of this show, my key responsibilities have included all aspects of shot creation, everything from VFX R&D to final compositing. Whilst working on this series, I had the pleasure of leading a small team to generate look-dev and QC of final outputs.
3D environments, simulation and particle effects, were significant aspects for the series.
